radd_bro Posted November 25, 2014 Share Posted November 25, 2014 (edited) GTASeriesVideos released a video comparing GTA V across all of its platforms from 7th gen to 8th gen. Although this can be changed with TV settings, I prefer the Xbox One since it has a really nice touch on color, and contrast. Also the PlayStation 4 has a noticeable touch on vegetation over the Xbox One. On the other hand the Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3 versions seem pretty much the same to me. Leave your thoughts, and please don't make blind arguments saying "OMG, [insert Preferred Console] is f*cking better than the [insert Opposing Console]!" Discuss it like grown, and mature humans. But whats on my head is why does the PS4 have more vegetation? I know that a bunch of people are gonna come at me with "The PS4 is more powerful!" statement but you cant possibility tell me that the Xbox One cant handle a few more plants. I played all GTA's on PC, up till V came out and I switched to PS3. I am done spending hundreds on a video card everytime a new game comes out. This game plays well on PS3 and 360. With the right settings it looks amazing.(Like any game, TV) And not washed out like many videos have shown. Also it almost looks like for some reason there is more smog/fog w/e in the PS4 version compared to X1. Anyone else notice that? Also, the comment about what they managed to accomplish on PS3/360 is impressive etc and that there is not a huge difference...I reckon they just haven't sussed out how to push the PS4/XO yet...imagine how the games arebjust going to keep getting better looking. When Full RGB range is activated on PS4 it fixes the 'washed out' look of PS4 visuals... So what I would like to know is Full RGB Range activated on Xbone, Is that why the colours are better, or is there something different going on in the system?
