Blitz Play mission failed?

hi folks.

 

first, apologies if in incorrect place, new here.

 

so in the story I was trevor and I collected the boiler suits and masks etc for the main heist. I completed the prep missions, saved and turned off the game. the next day I loaded it up and I started as trevor as expected.

 

the thing is now, there is no H on the map to do the heist mission, I can not interact with any of the strangers missions, and to top it off the game will not let me change character (which I thought would solve it)

 

I've phoned characters, which failed. I've gone online and selected franklin and Michael which its thrown me in the story as trevor.

 

im really having no look.

 

any suggestions?

there are zero missions on your map?

 

you sure the Lester mission for F or maybe Hood Safari aren't still unfinished?

 

you can complete most of the set-up without finishing earlier missions but I remember that there's a few you have to complete before the heist itself is ready to start

Are you sure that you have done every prep mission? You bought exactly 3 suits and 3 masks and you have getaway car in position. Strange since you should be able to do other activities between prep missions. Have you tried for example to do taxi missions to see if you can do any missions? sometimes when missions dont appear i just kill my character and it somehow "refreshes" the game

i am totally sure ive done all the prep correctly. there is only the strangers missions on the map, however I can not interact with any of them.

 

I am locked to trevor and the game does not let me change character this is when I figured my game was broke.

 

ive considered starting again but hoping I can fix it before hand.
