Was doing some hunting for these vehicles the other night with a friend. He found the Dubsta 2, and was driving to the Burton LSC when this happened.

Maybe a stupid question but does anyone know how to make the blue/purple that is on the sentinel? It looks a bit like slate blue

It's like a crew color blue with pearl added to it. Since R* fixed it where we couldn't mod crew colors I don't think you'll be able to recreate that color exactly.

 

The money you can make on the Dubsta II's increases if you add the truck horn at LSC before selling it.

 

Normally $23,250

truck horn $ 2,000

 

For a total of $25,250 but then when you sell it LSC pays you $30,750 for a difference of $5,500.

So after adding the horn you profit an extra $5,500 for a total of $28,550 free and clear from a vehicle you just found on the street.

Is the Dubsta spawn continuous like the gang vehicles? Like if I stored one can I drive back up and spawn another ?

Yes, I always use my personal Dubsta II to make the chrome and gold ones spawn.

It's worth keeping one in your garage till R* makes them unsellable or makes them no longer spawn.

Adding a truck horn to any NPC vehicle gives you $5K - $10K more. I added a truck horn to a gang Tornado last night and got over $24,000 for it. Also, I've been taking Simeon's cars to him in passive mode and even when other players are able to damage the car, I'm still getting $12K - $15K for badly damaged cars with a truck horn on them.

I don't believe the truck horn works on every car for higher resale value but I am still testing

this.

 

What I can say is a Baller sells normal for $9000 added truck horn for $2000 and the sale only

went up to £10000 so a $1000 loss

 

Edit: Seems the game conned me the first time!

 

I've just done this again and the Baller sold for higher value so it does in fact work on any

vehicle! Apologies!

Can anyone confirm that Modified NPC vehicles only spawn when you have your PV out?

I was in a random stolen Dubsta 1, looking for a Dubsta 2 when I read this post. Just as I thought "Damn, maybe I need my PV", a gold Dubsta 2 rolled by.

They patched the truck horn. Personally, after the update it's a bit harder to pick up the dubsta 2. But using another dubsta 2 to force spawn the car around the region is much faster now, almost assured trick.

Try to be there with the car the one you wan to spawn, regular dubsta for modded one, sentinel vs sentinel.

 

Not a must but make it easy to spawn. If you cannot find send me a friend request that I can spawn for you on PS4.

Has the Dubsta - modded spawn been patched, haven't been able to spawn this SUV at all, been trying with my PV dubsta ever hour between 6am-4pm.....I managed to get the Sandking XL to spawn instantly but not the Dubsta..........

I've been driving down airport, cypress flats & burton LSC with my muscle cars for quite a few hours day and night and no sign of these cars. Is there a specific time to visit each of the LSC? & do I need a sabre turbo to spawn them? Any help would be appreciated.

The muscle cars usually spawn at Burton LSC earlier in the day.

Try this though:

Load up Denial of Service. This contact mission locks the in game time to 1200.

Ignore the objective and continually check the Burton LSC. Driving a muscle class car may improve spawn chances but is not mandatory.

This method got me both Sabres/Ruiners and the Dominator.

Just wondering, but exactly where in Cypress Flats do the modded Dubstas spawn? As a possible alternative to stealing them in the Vinewood Hills, and storing them in Eclipse or Tinsel Towers.
