NPCs deal more damage on next-gen?

Anybody else notice how the NPCs can melt you way way quicker than on last gen? Their accuracy def feels the same, but the damage they deal per shot is noticeably higher.

I thought so at first, but it could be just my mind playing with me.

 

They do the same damage, and have the same BS accuracy while in vehicles.

Hard to say because some of my stat bars got reset to zero on the transfer so I'm no longer a semi invincible level 340. But yes I've been owned by single shots from gang members with pistols and by cops. BANG goodnight on ps4.

Actually, pressing X/A while in a vehicle to dodge fire alleviates the pain of being attacked by mechsoldiers

 

In other words, very reliable

It works good especially in the online dukes of death (the carbo).
