I've looked everywhere on free roam but not one in sight for hours. Also Simeon never seems to request this car from me. I did find a pair of them in the Gassed up mission from after the mission I couldn't buy insurance or a tracker for it after I got in free roam. I only found mine when it was on Simeons list, and even then it took hours until I found one in a driveway around rockford hills. Even driving mine doesn't appear to spawn them. The schwartzer is worse - I saw (and stole) my first ever one in online a few weeks ago. Your best bet is to change lobbies and do races/missions to refresh Simeons list, and hope for the best. I've seen em all over the map like every other car too. But you know the law of GTA, when ya looking for one car, its no where to be found.. lol.. Happy Hunting..
