Can you put pearlescent on crew colour?

Recommended Posts

I know that they patched the old method but apparently you can place it on matte. It's not the crew color but I will share it anyway.

- Buy matte.

- Go to metallic.

- Go back and buy something random such as a plate.

- Go to Respray and upon choosing Pearlscent it will apparently work on the matte color you bought before.

I have not tried it yet myself so I can't confirm it. I did however see my friend's Dukes which had matte pearlscent so he had to have done it on next-gen only.

I already knew that long ago. I was just asking if you can apply a pearl on crew colour.

Not that I know of, unfortunately :/

Also, since we are talking about crew colour, I think this might be worth asking: Are they metallic or mate? I'm asking this because I remember that when my crew had fluorescent yellow as a color, which I still have it on my Turismo, it always appeared somewhat metallic:

But when I switched it temporarily for some "toothpaste green" for my Blade (Was trying to go for something like this - Needless to say, I sort of missed by a mile), it ended up looking a lot more like dense matte:

Matte on crew colour no longer works. I used to put matte as crew colour on all of my vehicles. I'm asking if pearl can be applied to crew colour. Like standard classic crew colour.
