Modded NPC Vehicles (Let's see them)

I finally made a map which I think is probably easier to understand quickly. On this map, the crosshairs are pointing at the spot I'm talking about in the quote. Sit on the side of that toad, facing the purple line. Be a few houses back from the road under the purple line.

 

The purple line is the other method that's worked for me as well. You just drive that path,Mack and forth, making U-turns in front of the house where it spawns (assuming it's not there) and in the intersection at the other end of the path,mand keep doing it till you either find something, or it's too late. (I'm not sure what the cutoff time is, I'm pretty sure I've seen them as late as 17:00 though. This makes me wonder if perhaps a mission like Denial of Service might be good to use for this as well, since you can use it to get an infinite amount of time at 12:00.)

 

Sorry to bring up something from months ago but recently I've been interested in getting the worn dark red Peyote.

 

I've read in other threads that this method at one point had an high success rate. I eventually got one but when I went back to try and spawn an other one, while driving mine which is now tracked and insured, I couldn't get it to spawn again. Am I doing something wrong or did R* nerf it during the heist patch?

 

Does it matter if the car I'm using was spawned using the same method but with further modifications, in other words can will using a previously spawned Peyote increase the success rate and will it matter if that Peyote has been further modified.

 

I've also heard that there are another 2 locations for spawning it, if so are they worth checking out or have they been patched?

I'm on PS4 and since there's not really any cars you can call rare anymore I've been seeking out the cars with worn paint jobs.

I've found the F620 in worn white, Oracle XS in worn blue and I just found the Bravado Gresley in worn green.

Does anyone have a list of what vehicle's spawn with worn colors and maybe what those colors are?

 

To the guy that found the purple Infernus. I've seen it also spawn in matt orange and lime green. The purple seems the more common odd color for that car and they always spawn with loud colors but stock everything else like wheels and spoilers.

I don't have the PC version but I'd hazzard a guess that possibly they have been removed from PC version of the game

or made even rarer?

I can also add that these vehicles do not appear in online, they do show in single player though.

The oracle xs is actually matte. But just quickly.

 

There's a worn black Manana, blue buccaneer, two different worn silvers on the saddler, the green gresley a brown/copper Granger, silver felon GT, a brown/gold Seminole, a silver mesa, silver burrito, blue sandking, dark red peyote, shadow silver f620, shadow silver Rumpo. Those are just some of the drive straight into your garage ones. The more exotic ones are high end cars.

The commonly-spawning purple Infernus has Formula Red for its secondary color (the same as the pearlescent, actually). I know this because I have one: I duped it into my garage using a car duping method. Also, you can find them in story mode and check them out there.

 

So either Owl Man mistook the red stripe for orange (can't even see it in the photo), OR he really did find a previously-undocumented version of the Infernus. I might propose that the secondary color is random, except it's always been red on all the ones I've ever seen.

They spawn on pc. I've spotted few purple/yellow sentinels xs and many gang cars.

Rockstar is just now trying this out. They started trying this in 2013, with custom cars spawning in SP street races.

Volition has been at it since 2006.

Saints Row has been mentioned only once in this thread so far, and that was over five months ago. Clearly, nobody cares about that game here. Discussion about that game vs. this game certainly isn't relevant here. We don't care how well some other game is doing it, or how GTA compares to that game. We care about what's going on in this game, and that's it.

I have also found some moded cars in gta online for PC, i have seen a yellow sentinel, a light blue sandking, a green rapid gt, an aqua or teal comet and a green/blue ruiner, of which I will be posting pictures of only the sentinel and the rapid gt as soon as I figure out how to download them from steam into my tablet.

I've been having 100% spawn success for Sentinel XS's driving this route:

 

 

Whether they're yellow or blue is random, but it's a quick circuit to drive around until you get the ones you want. They seem to start spawning around 21:00 until 04:00 for me.
