Modded NPC Vehicles (Let's see them)

one way I got cars at LSC to spawn was I used a chrome dub I saved, Set to last location at the LSC, went offline, then back and 2 sabers were sitting there waiting.

I just can't find the cars at LSC.. It's sad.

these days i cant get the sandkings to spawn at the usual time. now i only get them to spawn later in the afternoon, and when it happens, i only get one spawn. maybe 2 if im lucky.

 

anyone knows?

Carbon Hood, little bit suspension, new wheels and black wheel color, spoiler. Found it coming out of the Impound Vehicles, or what to call it.

It's not my thread, but personally, I'd say no story mode-only vehicles here. After all, this thread is in the "GTA Online" forum. There's a "GTA V" forum for all story mode-related discussions. Plus, there's a hell of a lot more custom vehicles in story mode, and including them here would just clutter this thread up and make it hard to follow the intended topic.

Yeah, time of day and all sorts of things matter, that was just what I encountered. Could have been one of the other players' choice of cars, or nothing to do with it.

I've seen a video where they do occationaly spawn at the central LSC but the days of them spawning like rabbits may be over

I found a new pretty reliable spawn location for the sandking xl now that the heists update came out. Sells for 48 grand. This video showcases how to get it to spawn. I found a new pretty reliable spawn location for the sandking xl now that the heists update came out. Sells for 48 grand. This video showcases how to get it to spawn. Do you know if other vehicles trigger the spawn? I don't own a Sandking but I do have other trucks and SUVs. For months I've had a garage slot tied up with a Dubsta to spawn more of them - guess I can do that with the Sandking if I have to, but I'm tired of wasting that slot on a vehicle I don't actually want.

Yeah, it seems like you can't get a golden/chrome Dubsta 2 to spawn at the intersection anymore. Armed with a Dubsta 2 I have tried many times now, but no luck.

The new update just lowered the prices for modded cars A LOT!

 

A gang-Tornado only sells for about 12-13.000 now, and the golden/chrome Dubsta 2 sells for 23-24.000.

You're unlikely to get an answer, there is unlikely to be another chance of them giving a vehicle a constant spawn in game now that

they've removed the Dubsta as that vehicle only spawn at LSC randoimly amongst the other vehicles that can spawn there.

 

The Sentinal XS is the only constant spawn now and it will probably be the next to go.

 

Besides everyone this is the old thread now, I really think SeaWallTX needs to get a lock put on this, we have the newer thread for

the discussion so any info is best posted there,

I know this one isn't new at all, but just for the sake of helping people find these...

 

I seem to be finding a lot of them in Invite Only sessions, which I've been running when the servers act up. This Surrano was at 11:30 AM at the Burton LSC. I was driving a Gang Burrito at the time. I am almost never driving the same class (sports or muscle) when I find these vehicles I've noticed. Not sure if that helps anyone.

So I have the gang dubsta 2 (with the gold chrome color) which I had no idea was a gang car. Kid I was with went through all this shenanigans to get it to spawn too. He carted his copy (he had one also) with a cargobob over to martins place (which is where they supposedly spawn from according to the first post). Then had me stand on the car. Something about passive mode. Eventually I went through the roof of the vehicle. After a few moments, an NPC rolled up with another one (again as shown on the first page)

 

Gonna try to see if I can get another to spawn by going to the location myself eventually.

I miss Dubsta2 hunting. Oh well, time to move on.

I finally made a map which I think is probably easier to understand quickly. On this map, the crosshairs are pointing at the spot I'm talking about in the quote. Sit on the side of that toad, facing the purple line. Be a few houses back from the road under the purple line.

The purple line is the other method that's worked for me as well. You just drive that path,Mack and forth, making U-turns in front of the house where it spawns (assuming it's not there) and in the intersection at the other end of the path,mand keep doing it till you either find something, or it's too late. (I'm not sure what the cutoff time is, I'm pretty sure I've seen them as late as 17:00 though. This makes me wonder if perhaps a mission like Denial of Service might be good to use for this as well, since you can use it to get an infinite amount of time at 12:00.)

 

Sorry to bring up something from months ago but recently I've been interested in getting the worn dark red Peyote.

 

I've read in other threads that this method at one point had an high success rate. I eventually got one but when I went back to try and spawn an other one, while driving mine which is now tracked and insured, I couldn't get it to spawn again. Am I doing something wrong or did R* nerf it during the heist patch?

 

Does it matter if the car I'm using was spawned using the same method but with further modifications, in other words can will using a previously spawned Peyote increase the success rate and will it matter if that Peyote has been further modified.

 

I've also heard that there are another 2 locations for spawning it, if so are they worth checking out or have they been patched?

I've been having 100% spawn success for Sentinel XS's driving this route:

 

 

Whether they're yellow or blue is random, but it's a quick circuit to drive around until you get the ones you want. They seem to start spawning around 21:00 until 04:00 for me.

All I can say is the one time since the heists update I tried, I sat in the spot in a regular Peyote off the street for two game days and didn't see the red Peyote at all. On the other hand, a friend who already had one saved from long ago was able to find one in less than ten minutes while driving his around the area.

I live in Tinsel, so that's why I take that route. I know it works, so I thought I'd throw it out there.

I live there as well. I'm not saying you're wrong, I just said that the other way is simpler, which is true in general. There are other ways to come as well. You don't even have to come from the south at all, you can come from the east, heading west on Eclipse Blvd, and they'll show up that way as well. They'll even show up if you come from the west.

 

So why do I gomaround the south and east side of Tinsel when I come out of the garage, rather than the west and north side? In other words, why do I turn left out of the garage rather than right? Part of it is force of habit. Even before I was there, the way I described was the way I took, so I just kept going that way even after I moved there. And the other part is that turning left to go downhill seems to be easier, the car doesn't need to struggle for traction starting out on an uphill, etc.

 

But neither way is wrong, nor more right. I'm just giving alternatives. Anyone coming from the south or east doesn't need to bother with the extra dogleg around Tinsel Towers.
