What about this? It seems to me that it's not from the PS2. PS2 Textures modleVfC7TI.jpg

That is not included in the textures, is a DFF model, also the Four Dragons letter have a bug, only on side of it have text. Probably I can fix it but later.

Can you tell which DFF is responsible for this?

Anyone know how to fix the PS2 car reflections in SA-MP? On SA-MP the cars (except for the wheels) just render the same color as the skybox. sagfx_lite seems to work on SA-MP for the most part though, but the new one looks more true to the PS2 version.

Thanks a ton guys, game looks soooo much better. Always hated when playing SA-MP I'm forced to play the lifeless PC rendition of San Andreas.

UPDATE:

  • PS2 parked cars around the map updated.

I included by mistake other IPL which causes a lot of cracks and lines on the map (especially in the countryside).

Everybody re-download again and delete the old version please, and sorry for inconveniences.

NTAuthority's and my mod already does that. I compared with the PS2 game side by side and to me they look identical now.

Enable radiosity (set 'pe_bRadiosity 1' in stream.ini), set its intensity to 200 in postfx.ini and play with your monitors color settings, they can have a great impact on how the game looks.

You seem to be using an old version, please download the most recent from my thread. (I will likely upload a slightly improved new version soon).

You can check out this post for a comparison of different radiosity values: http://gtaforums.com/topic/750681-relsa-ps2-post-processing-and-car-reflections-on-pc/?p=1066765783

I think an intensity of 200 and offset of 1 (at 640x480) give you a damn close PS2 atmosphere. I had the games running side by side and they looked *identical*.

It would be a good idea when the mods are complete, create a modpack with all the necessary files.

I was installing all mods again and my game just crashed.

Sorry my bad english. :)
