Yeah that looks like an emulation bug, or a glitch.

On the PS2 version of the game wanted stars is a little shifted to the right and the download starts immediately with the last save. This is all I fixed!

Nice one, especially the PS2's loading game. (I think the wanted stars thing is a glitch, like Ash stated above. I remember when I used to play the game in PS2, wanted stars weren't shifted to the right.)

I hope someone makes PS2's pause menu and scripts PS2's Skip Trip so it flashs in the right arrow in future.

Not really

A screenshot from the PS2 version. Run with PCSX2. There it was.
Watched a couple of videos. Really. There star search is not biased. Perhaps it is error of simulation.
Sorry for bad English, Google translator)

PCSX2 is an emulator and may or may not cause the misalignment, especially if you run it at your native res with some hacks to adapt to your aspect ratio.

Using actual ps2 footage will be more accurate. Also I don't remember ever seeing that alignment to the right on my ps2 copy.

Is GTA San Andreas Original XBOX Version also available? Original XBOX Version and PC version use the same file. Is it possible to apply the mode?

Found a bug!
Parked Greenwood is stored in the saves and appears in cutscenes. On the PS2 it's not there.

It's more likely a bug in PS2 version because this car exists when you drive to the marker in this mission, and just disappears in the cutscene, and doesn't spawn again after the cutscene

You need to delete "vehfor.cs" of modification |PS2 parked cars around the map|

It is available on all versions of the game

It is normal, for Rockstar. These mid-air bugs exist since GTA III.

If you want just the DFF to fix this, it's grnd_alpha2.dff.

Is the parachute still broken? I try ONLY to install the DFF of the parachute and it happens the same, it becomes too bright, so I guess it's the DFF

It's not broken, the parachute will either be too bright at night but moving or have NVC and be static (the first being ps2 and the last being pc).

Maybe, but it's still too bright compared to the PS2 version ... even during the day, it would be nice to find a way to make it a bit darker

Edited: It occurred to me to modify the textures and make them a little darker, to counteract the extra brightness that the fix adds, it is not the perfect solution, but it works
Here is the mod: https://www.mediafire.com/file/uwlvh314pa871xp/paracx.txd add it to GTA3.img or if you use Modlader put that folder

I found a small difference, which is strange that it was not mentioned before, but in PS2 the parachute is a bit flatter than in the PC version

Hi guys I'm new in this forum and I'm interested in this project cause I'm also recreating the PS2 version for pc like you. I'm using all of your mods (thanks a lot).

Pirushu you used PCSX2 so I think this is an aspect ratio glitch cause when I played San Andreas on PS2 (the real console) this didn't happen.

Edit:

Try to use widescreen fix and whsps
