These are stunning, but I'm not convinced. When you take a picture in-game, the resulting image must be re-rendered to look this good.

 

There is no way these things look this good and realistic when you simply walk up to them and look at them through your character's eyes - even on current gen.

PS4's do not come with Photoshop m8. What you're likely picking up on, is the depth of field. You can focus-lock the foreground and unfocus the background slightly or to whatever degree to get that effect more. Check out how watch_dogs is set up and you'll see is nearly the same type of environment.

One of my few photo's that actually came out good, but still not on par with most of the pictures in this thread. Stunning work guys, I sometimes can't believe that some of these are actually taken in-game, but then I recognize the locations.

Oi, so about the foliage... Does that amazingness only come out when in the countryside? Because I zoomed in on foliage on the Xbone version near Franklin's Aunt's house, and it was only an ugly texture. Then I see this pic and I get confused...
