So on past gen most cars would top out at 160 mph according to sc. On next gen i took my zentorno out in first person and i could only ever reach 120 mph same with the dukes. Is the cap lowered of do the speedos lie? Why wasnt the cap raised or removed so far i have had no graphical issues

Got to love the 120mph Adder now. Anyway, its for those people who love the new arcadey crap handling. Now they made the cars slower to make them even more accessible for all the yoloswaggers who can't brake. So R* slowed the cars down and now they will be even more easy to drive.

They didn't slow them down , top speed on past gen for all cars was 120 mph and 140 mph for all planes/helicopters .
