Piecekeeper
Your classic cars wouldn't be classic if every person the the country had the same four cars.. You see my point?. Doesn't have to be exclusive to be classic. 60's impalas are among the best selling cars of all time and they are not exactly rare, but still classics. The point is that there is not one good reason to have a restriction on property besides trolling the players so they stick around for more. I have moved on to other games, but I still check the forums every now and then to se where the game is and I still see the peon mentality on GTA online players, low standards like it's okay to be able to own everything in the game EXCEPT cars because you know "You don't need every car in the game" but it's totally cool to have every piece of clothing there is. That makes so much sense. I'll buy PS4 GTA5 during my lunch break TODAY if R* removes the limit on property ownership. As it is now, it's worth 5$ in a few weeks to try out the SP campaing in first person but that's it really. You play for a couple weeks, you buy two condos buy a bunch of caes and you have reached the top of GTAO. That's it you've got it made. That has got to be the shortest persistent MMO sandbox I have ever seen in my life. There is not one good reason to have any restriction whatsoever besides money in the game. Accendo
Most games force you to make choices. Twenty f*cking cars is a lot of room to accrue the vehicles you really want. Everyone owning every car and using whichever they want at any time is absurd. This is not the first game to limit the possessions a player can have. Next you'll be whining about Skyrim and the allotted bag weight. Also, at no point did ANYONE call this an mmo. TheMcSame
Urrg... Long, split posts like this -.- See replies in RED Removing a number from a line of code doesn't take time. It's not as simple as that. When making changes to code, even small ones, it has the potential to effect other parts of the game and it could even result in game breaking bugs occuring. It's just a waste of time, there are so many better online games out there that aren't based on lobbies and advertised as MMOs when they are not. Play those games instead then? I mean, it's not like R* have a gun to your throat forcing you to play the game. R* are f*cking trolls and they drip out content to stretch the waiting game to it's limit Say what you want about the content, as good/bad as the content is, it was free and we got a DLC almost every month. For the same amount of content other companies probably would've charged at least $20. I'm not saying the DLC isn't being used to stretch the waiting game but you need to keep in mind that it's free and any other alternative would mean paid DLCs with no/very few free DLCs. R* is scared because the heists are all they got and that'll wear off in a snap. I doubt it. There's also the single player DLC as well as potential DLC that we don't know about. The high life update was THE opportunity to open the floodgates of money spending and they f*cked it up. It was also an opportunity to receive even more sh*t for microtransations. I'm sure R* knew that giving you "unlimited" garage space would result in more cash card sales so they obviously didn't do it for a reason. I'm not giving R* more time, they don't need time, what they need is a good lesson in how you sustain interest in a game, but players are so f*cking lazy and stupid that they'd rather buy the same POS twice instead of playing games that are a hundred times better but don't have strippers in them. Playing games that are a hundred times better? The only games I think of that are a hundred times better are games that are either PC exclusives or they came out 2-3+ console generations ago with a few exceptions. Some people don't want to (or they can't) play on a PC or on an older console. As for buying the same "POS" twice, GTA 5 is one of the few half decent games to come out for 8th gen. Most games on 8th gen are either garbage or run like ass, that alone is enough for me to see why buying the redux version isn't stupid choice. In all honesty you sound like some butthurt kid that's annoyed because R* didn't listen to you.
