I beleive it's after you complete the missions where Franklin helps Michael rescue Jimmy from the stolen boat. I'm not sure how to unlock the weapons. I think they're either unlocked at certain points of the story, or you unlock them by completing shooting range challenges. Either way I'm pretty sure you have to purchase them from Ammu-Nation. Those in-game bonuses include the Stunt Plane Trials, Bonus Outfits and Tattoos, and the Pistol .50, Bullpup Shotgun and melee Hammer all for Story Mode use; as well as the Custom Classic GTA Parent Characters and the high-end Khamelion electric car for GTA Online. Furthermore, if you missed out on your chance to buy a CE or SE the last time around, we will also make all of that content available for all players on PS4, Xbox One and PC to earn and acquire with in-game cash (original SE and CE owners will not have to spend any in-game cash to obtain them; they will automatically be accessible upon upgrade). So according to Rockstar, all our CE items should automatically be UNLOCKED. So yeah, some weird bug me thinks.. I'll give it time.. yeah, time heals all wounds. Edit. I bought the PS3 SE version which came with freebies that are no longer free. For example the hammer was free on SE but now costs me $500 at Ammu-nation. I realize that certain items will be locked until they are opened up in the story (like the shotgun with the flashlight you have to stop and buy during that mission with Lamar and Stretch). The garage, vehicles, and weapons should all be free, and on my PS3 I was able to purchase the weapons for free right after the first mission Franklin and Lamar. This sucks, it's got me irked. You need to beat the mission "Mr. Philips" to unlock the Hatchet and "Minor Turbulence" for the Railgun. 007Dini Posted November 20, 2014 Share Posted November 20, 2014 I had multiple saves of GTA 5 on my PS3 & had just started a 3rd play through when my machine broke. I noticed that the social club tracked my most recent save - which was the prologue mission (not all previous games that I played). I too am missing all the returning player perks as well as my special edition stuff. They have a very poor way of tracking as I have owned the old gen game since day one. Transferred my character over successfully but can't see how I'm suppose to access the Dodo Seaplane for example. Also noticed my collectors edition content is not accessible (although the hammer is but it wasn't free as it should have been). Any Ideas? CE content is not free for non-CE-last-gen players, you got to buy them. R* nclearly said that they were making them available for returning players by purchasing them with in-game money. So, everything working as expected. hyperar you are flat out wrong and here is the proof: http://www.rockstargames.com/newswire/article/52337/details-on-exclusive-content-for-returning-gtav-players-on It clearly says at the bottom of this article that those who purchased either the Collector's edition or Special edition will get that content in their PS4 or XBOX1 automatically, I purchased the Collectors edition and my content is missing but I was able to use Claude and Misty as my parents in the transfer process. I submitted a ticket to R* about this issue and I'm hoping they resolve it soon. I've also noticed that many of the people who purchased either the CE or SE of the game back on PS3 and XBOX360 are also having this issue.
