How to upload screenshots from a PS4: Send a picture to a friend,dummy account or some random guy. Download the PlayStation App Go to your messages and click on the picture you've sent. Or will probably be added in the next patch for Last-Gen, more like. You can already do those types of animations on last gen in GTA Online, hope to see them added for us soon.
