It's terrifying! the rain is really loud, you slide everywhere, peds lose control of their cars on the freeway, some of the biggest lighting ever. Before i entered the tunnel under zancudo i heard insanely loud rumbling thunder, like godzilla screaming, only louder. Then some f*cking huge lighting the other side of zancudo, it gets really close (you can't get hit by it, but it feels like you could) sometimes you'll just get a super bright flash behind you, you can hear really strong winds. I didn't check what the sea is like, or get much of a look at how foliage reacts. I tried to get a snapshot but it's very fast, faster than my thumb. I got a small one though Car's destroyed due to sliding and pedestrian crashing. Just unlocked Trevor and ended up stealing this from a guy in Paleto Bay. donnii Posted November 19, 2014 Share Posted November 19, 2014 I've played around eight hours since Tuesday and a few things I noticed are how beautiful the visuals are compared to PS3. It's a lot like watching a movie on DVD and then watching the same one again on Blu-ray. They're that good! Also the world of Los Santos feels more alive, more peds, more vehicles. I just love walking around in First person. The details are phenomenal. I haven't even gone to Sandy Shores yet, going to wait until Trevor unlocks. There's heavy amount of AI in the game, which means more traffic and peds walking the streets. It makes the game more alive and less than a ghost town like the last gen versions. The graphics are cripsy clear and every bit of texture stands out with details. The new soundtracks are great! They added a lot of mainstream music. I really love the game and enjoy every minute of it. Once again, Rockstar never disappointed me. Looks like GTA V on the new gen consoles will take the throne of game of the year once again. Also - the frame rate are solid 30fps. I have not seen not one spike yet, even when I did a high number of explosions. This game is well optimized. I finally get to enjoy doing and re-doing the missions. Looking at all the fine details and not getting frustrated because the low fps gets in the way of the game mechanics.
