Anyone else have any problems with the monkey modaic random event showing up? I've photographed all the mosaics, i have garages for all characters, I got the special clothes for Trevor... Just no sign of the random event beside LSC. Its been weeks in game too, I pass by the area frequently and nothing has ever showed up.

 

Edit: I'm only really writing this because I know that as soon as I do the f*cker will show up. :)
