Yes that's exactly what happens. I have both my GTA PS3 PSN account on my PS4 now. Both transferred fine and all I did was log in on the PS4 with those accounts. It's the same network just logging in on a different machine and paying for it now:P.

If it's still on automatic change do a password recovery. If the email doesn't work anymore change that first, then the password. If all else fails Sony can fix it for you.

im still wary of this. im so affraid to lose everything, espically my vehicle mods... actual mods, not upgrades. does anyone know if things like that will transfer over? i thought i read somewhere that they did, but would like to hear anyone elses experience. hope everyone had a relative stress free time with this buisness.....

Make sure you don't have pure black window tint or that will be gone. All your horns will be changed because of menu changes unless its set to stock. Other than that I had no problems. If you have a hat and mask combo you have to redo it on new system. If you don't know your passwords just call Sony they had me sorted out in about 20 mins. Ps3 to ps4 is what I did.yes car mods do transfer actual mods not lsc mods.

Also, after you transfer what happens when you log into your last gen game? Can you still progress and does it affect current gen saves?

thank you for clarifying that!! never been an xbox fan.. was considering the ps4, however my intrest in games is waning.. gta has basically been the reason i bought my origional ps, and ps2.. and even ps3..

(and i havnt been impressed with the need for speed games as of late)

almost tempted to just buy a nice gaming comp setup- i want the delorean and batmobile, hahahah

I still have my modded Burrito and Clean Rebel w/ roof lights and bullbar bumper. The rebel cannot be created for next gen so the only people who have it will be people who transferred. The burrito I think can be modded somewhat, but not there is no way to get the custom tires and painted wheels.

baja bumper + roof lights is not a standard variant of the clean rebel. it either comes with the baja bar, the roof lights, or the brush guard, or none at all. The only way to get multiple options like the pic above is with the save editor which doesn't exist for xbox one/ps4. AFAIK the only way to have that truck on Xbox one/PS4 is if it was migrated over from xbox 360 or ps3.

can i ask which save editor you use? i used one in singleplayer, but i havent used it since i first downloaded it..im pretty sure its hazards save editor i have. is it all self explanitory on how to "mod" for vehicle varations. and upgrades? ive always been super curious about it, but kind of embarassed to ask. all the info ive found online hasnt been all that helpful... with of course the exception being this forum... THANKS FOR EVERYTHING by the way, to everyone on here!!!!
