I'm guessing that's the image Saiyan is referring to. Since no one else is posting it. I honestly don't see what he sees in it.

The jetpack figure or what resembles it is easy to spot in seconds. He is under the ripped out (yellow wall) of the mural. Nothing significant about it. The entire mural if one could look at it in perspective, not even focusing on it... does resemble the Chiliad Mural. But, I don't see a cracked egg resemblance or the ufo resemblance. Just the Jetpack resemblance. Good try though... moving on.

To everyone with only one 100% save, I found this on wiki and in case you didn't know:

After choosing one of the three options and completing the game, the player will be able to "replay" the other two endings via the "Replay Mission" section of the pause menu. Rockstar may have done this to let the player experience the outcome of all three endings instead of the player having to restart the game over again and choose another ending.

 

I noticed all three endings have different songs for the credits. Maybe they are trying to tell us something?

I got a crackpot theory.

 

This could be triggered by the Nuclear device from the Merryweather Heist (assuming you choose the to attack the freight ship) and essentially recreate what happened to Japan in 2011

 

And Micheal's Movie Meltdown could potentially be a reference since one of Japans Nuclear Reactors had 3 cores meltdown

What's strange about it is that it's located in Sandy Shores which has a beach but not with such palms and surf so you'd rather expect it around Vespucci or Del Perro. Besides that there's a photograph hidden in the barbershops which shows LS getting hit by a Tsunami. Coupled with this seismic device Merryweather is testing makes some people think we can indeed cause one and flood the map.

What gets me is that when angled in the right lighting and such, it seemed to say "choose traitor."

The tattoo itself looks like it represents the top of the chiliad mural. Maybe there are other graffitis like this one?

The most intrestting part about this mural is that, it does infact look like a tsunami, and Maybe its hinting to that one that hit los santos way back in time, maybe its a hint for us to go pack to the history of los santos and look at it as a whole. its also giving us a year "1971" Could this infact mean we are looking at a specific place in history prehaps even looking at what we can find in vice city?

 

And could someone take a photo on xbox360 version im pretty sure the tatto mural had no cracks in the 360 version, please check it out?

I would like to add that the movie was filmed in Liberty city and the IAA and FIB building is mentioned. They show the elevators in the virtual structure part too. Its very quick and you won't notice the first few times. Also, it looks like they're going back in time on the last jump towards the end. Was that Niko they walk past by on the beach?

I made this a while ago. This is what I think it would resemble if there weren't any zoomed boxes.

 

I once thought it would help me more in cases of overlays...it didn't.

 

I can't help with emp stuff on my version..but I thought an image that shows how I think the boxes would look is fun to consider, for those easily amused, like me..weeee.

 

I think that if I can find the rest of the images, that I can, when combined with the three they give us, extract some sort of message from this. If you were to ask me what I think that message would be...I would likely guess something to do with giant penises..or similar and equally disappointing results.

 

..but, the point is, I wanted to show better why I believe that three of the X boxes are zoomed in. This zoom makes it easier to see the content in each box. The others are simply empty so there is no reason to enlarge them.

 

I also think the glyphs go in them. But I can have it both ways if I believe it serves as a dual puzzle.

More than likely, be in coding. Not hidden at all. But a specific timed event that we haven't found because we haven't been actively looking for that type of specific event in the files. Edited January 15, 2016 by Soulshroude

Sorry if I seemed dismissive about the imagery u say is there..but that's kinda how it is.

 

My only advice would be, that if you think u made a discovery or connection, take the time necessary to go through some thoughts about presentation. Collect all of your info and take the steps to organize it.

 

I mean really, you're just gonna do what u want..i'm not the etiquette police around here..just pointing out some things to consider, along with some alternative word choice. I think..is always probably pretty safe.

Question:

 

Has anyone used the EMP number in the mines? I was just over-head in a heli and was looking at the road (shaped like the crack of the cracked egg). I blew open the wooden door near Great Chapparal, but have we explored the entirely of the shafts yet? And why does the road near there look so much like the crack from the cracked egg? Anyone care to explore it fully? Might take some time...

 

Special Update:

 

While on my Karma playthrough, I stopped wearing the CotM T-Shirt for 24 Hours. I got a message from the Church asking me to sign up again, even though I already had the shirt in my wardrobe's inventory. So I signed up again, no physical changes but the game does count me not wearing it and reminded me to wear it once more.

^The reinvite seems to be a bug introduced with one of the last updates. I get that also even if F is already member of the CotM and has the shirt.

 

I think they messed up something with the SMS system ingame as it sometimes sends them to the wrong number (M getting one that's clearly ment for F and so on).

I tried the EMP number almost everywhere and I think it's time we stop making it a #1 priority, since it's more likely to be an off-the-counter cheat, the color the cellphone shows it is indeed called "Emperor" in HTML coding, there may be other color changing cheats and other secret phone numbers, but until the file searching people discover more about it, our window of success is pretty narrow.

 

My idea for testing the EMP number was collecting the spaceship parts and call the number on every location alongside the main interest locations, but it's just not working out

Did you journey throughout the mines, in their entirety with and without the EMP? Even by both sealed wooden doors with the warning signs on them?

 

 

Note: I'll take it upon myself to search the file coding with my own software. IF I can't find anything from my end (images will be included), then... the Mural is full of sh*t.

 

I'll also let this audience know the names of the software I'll be using for their own cross referencing and to substantiate my claims with tangible evidence for anything I come up with, again imagse will be included.

 

(Notice that I haven't given my experience level in this area: MSG accordingly if you want the specifics. Eyes only.)
