Let me share something with y'all:

Its seems like people forget that the online portion of the game is taking place BEFORE the story mode. If you go to all the mystery posts and topics you'll see that they are still trying to figure things out.

*R is not going to budge till someone figures this thing out and I believe is through online. why you ask??

Its because the platform at the top of mt. Chilliad is telling us what to do. There is no run around. "Come back when your story is complete. YOUR as in OUR story. Not Frank or Mike or Trev. I know its hard to realize that the online part for some is unbearable (idk why) but if y'all want progress, the mystery has to be solved.

They don't even have the updates going to SP anymore cause they're making us play online.

Everybody is looking for either the jetpack or the ufos but if you look at the mural, the top clearly shows that the only way in is from the top of the mountain.

Somewhere in the world there is someone that is playing and never stopped. And when that person gets to the last rank, we will know exactly what is planned. For all we know, the first person there will not only get the hidden treasure, they could also could be the next protagonist in the series.

 

I was thinking about that on my way back home today. You know..there are missions online where you interact with people from the main story (lamar, lester, etc.) and when you start there is cutscenes with our online avatar in it. Is that what *R was getting to all along?

We are the stars everyone! Idk how many missions there are but every update has new ones and only time will tell when they will stop, but I don't see why that's not a possibility that's been considered. Think about it...they even put a DIRECTOR MODE for us to flex our story to the max, with all the bells and whistles to boot.

You may be onto something there... but I have always just been a "single player" gaming guy, you know? I'm not about to spend more than 6 months on a game, just to have to play it for another year online just to complete a "story". I did that once for Final Fantasy 7 when it first came out, trying to build that Gold Chocobo. Screw that!

I'm having a hard time with the karma run, the epsilon missions won't trigger and I need the damn suit asap, also I wanted to get all the trophy achievements on my other file (I swear if I have to do 100% check for the fifth time I'm going insane).

 

Is secret karma meter fully confirmed? I mean, @soulshroude footage can't be denied

Update:

 

I was very busy with Mikey and combining the Epsilon Missions with the Unknown Tract Missions and the Leanora Johnson Missions and came across this tidbit in the letter to Dreyfuss. It could possibly connect all three protagonists:

"He understands nothing about why we at as we do! Not because we can, but because we must. And that's the thing. Some people take advantage of their position in this town for pleasure – as if sleeping with multiple young girls, or torturing hitchhikers or eating dogs could ever be fun? It's awful. I only do it to experience it so my art is truer, deeper, more meaningful, and I believe you know that."

Sleeping with multiple girls is Michael, Torturing Hitchhikers is Trevor and Eating Dogs could only be Franklin. Why would the letter have these insinuations in it, if not to hint at something more? It has me thinking now...

To trigger the Epsilon Mission, you need to actually visit the in-game online website and take the test. Then wait for 2 in game days, then go to the Blue Epsilon marker on your map in Lower Blaine County.

I'm about to get real guys,....what do y'all REALLY believe in? The game is a parody of real life. In the game, religion is heavily mentioned. How many times did y'all hear REAL religion??

I have a few sublet save games... which one do you want? Right now, I have Franklin just after Letting Dreyfuss get away for my no kill Karma run. And I also have Michael just after the Epsilon run and before Franklin meets up with Dreyfuss.

 

Along with those, I have a mid-way through gamesave with Trevor and the Altruists. I have already taken the four hitch-hikers to the camp for that one, so it doesn't help me with my Altruist tests.

Isn't it odd that the Templar, Illuminati, Freemasons, and other like-minded orders aren't mocked in-game? Respect, I guess...

 

Like it or not, IRL I AM a 32nd Degree Freemason from the Valley of New Orleans, Orient of Louisiana. So consider that when asking about what WE really believe in... your minds blown, yet? HA!!

You have to get 9 bangable stripper girlfriends as Michael, and give them all a booty call while wearing Episolen robes. After that you drive to the tractor to the top of Mt. Chiliad during the conditions the UFO appears, you drive the tractor ion the wooden ramp, aliens beam you up and the tractor transforms into a jetpack. Also R* will transfer 10 million dollars to your bank account. ^^

On a serious note It would be kinda epic if there really was an unsolved mystery though. I recall a youtube channel called Pop Fiction that revolved around uncovering these kind of cryptic hidden secrets in game, it's dead tho, Anyway I don't believe there could be a hidden jetpack in the gamefiles at this point, somebody would've found it.

Not if R* wanted to remain cryptic and named the file something misc. type of line, you know? As for the tractor, it isn't the same one from the lighthouse, I checked that today while retrieving the letter scrap pieces.

 

I perused the OPEN IV software to look at the files... unfortunately that program doesn't show any pictures of any of the items. For me OPEN IV doesn't work for actual item viewing.

Alright, i said i'd come back when. And now is when.

 

One NDA expired two days ago (14th) and the one that covers the bulk of the stuff anyone here would be interested in is up on the 26th.

 

 

 

I can now tell you that Karma Is a Khameleon because there is a Karma system in place, but it's just hidden, like a Chameleon. If you are observant enough you will see and hear the signs of change. A Reddit member has found the audio clues for Kharma.

 

Why not just tell you what changes in game? Well, because R* are game players to the end and split up the NDA's in such a way that we(let that sink in. WE. as in, i am not the only one here of false intent) can't reveal anything with solid evidence until both are expired. Cheeky bastards.

 

I can also tell you guys that my character was to be portrayed as someone who seems to want to truly solve the mystery, but has other, hidden intentions known only to me and my handlers. Basically, anything i brought forth without picture evidence was 99.9% lies. My theories were far fetched for the exact reason of distracting the hunters. (This was a hard thing to do. i had to force myself to go through with it sometimes. I'm usually a helpful and genuine person in reality and that's why i was picked. To go outside my comfort zone)

Question:

Anyone know if this occurs in your game? It is at the BTTF Church, Hill Valley ... apparently a few reddit members have commented regarding Karma and the Cemetery changes. I looked at mine, it doesn't have the bench. Of course, I have very little to no kills at all. But if one or more of you could check this out with a deep %age game like 80 or above, this would be helpful to see if the Cemetery stays the same or if it fills up with random objects and grave sites for how many you have killed in game. I would like to test this theory, real time... it might be Karma related.

I'll keep it short and simple. A couple of questions, If someone could help...

 

In GTAV and MGSV (Metal Gear Solid 5)there Is a Hidden Karma system with secret audio notifications, is this an original idea? or is this idea taken from another game/games?

 

I have never seen in game credits of a Mystery creator mastermind, but Rockstar Games and Kojima Productions both work in the same industry so the idea could have been taken, shared or stolen from insider knowledge of GTA V's karma system. Or could there be a professional or team of proffesional freelancers that work in the media industry for these purposes hired by Rockstar and also Kojima/Konami?

 

If we know what past mysteries were created by the creator/creators responsible that would be valuable information. I'm pretty sure Kojima doesn't create all the secrets alone, such as in PT. (Silent Hills Playable Teaser)

 

Know I'm not suggesting GTA and MGS have anything to do with each other just that they both are examples of mysterious, and now hearing the karma sound thing, that may be a sign that knowledge was shared between game developers. If the karma sound is an old rehashed idea then no link would be there. I'm not fanboying Kojipro or MGS, just trying to understand the thought processes of the creators of mysteries within gaming/media.

Nice, tried to check the link but my social club account is locked cause I never use it and forgot the password.

 

Anyway there could be a slight chance that the tractor doesn't spawn without another player because the game wants you to think it is that one...maybe, I'm not sure how the spawn mechanics work, and I can't view the pic yet to see the differences of course the number plate is one, could be just a glitch I guess.

Easy difference to picture, one of the tractors has rusty tire protectors, the other "Epsilon1/Kifflom1" does not.

As for image sharing, I have had a photobucket account for years now, it seems the easiest way for some. Might wanna try that site. It's pretty user friendly:

You realize the last rank is 8000? I know plenty of year 1 players that havent even reached 500 yet. That is legit ofcourse. Plenty of rank 8000s out there though. The hightest legit ranks are probably around 1500. Even if those guys continued to grind like crazy and go up 2-3 ranks a day they are still lookin at atleast 2000 days before they could reach rank 8000.

You realize the last rank is 8000? I know plenty of year 1 players that havent even reached 500 yet. That is legit ofcourse. Plenty of rank 8000s out there though.Yes I'm aware,and its not even about that anymore. Think about it...they keep bringing san andreas to the light.

One thing you need to ask yourself is, how did the franchise get so huge?

The answer is simple: conspiracy and controversy.

I believe They purposely put the hot coffee mod in the game to be found because its our nature to seek the truth

And we love to gossip about EVERYTHING.

 

As a business standpoint, that's the most successful way to make A LOT of money and fool people in the process. Was the bigfoot in SA ever really seen? No.

It was just a random thing that someone mentioned and it snowballed out of control. They saw that as an opportunity to ROB US BLIND because us as humans we have to try to uncover the truth at any cost.

How many years have y'all spent looking at this??

In San Andreas, C.J. has to make it work with a group of totally different people. Not one person is alike. The same can be said about the three in this game.

@soulshroude Hey dude, I think the background epsilon music is default during the epsilon missions, I heard it during the plane mission and after the Cris calls from the 5 mile run (which I believe is where you recorded it)

 

I did all the missions and got the tractor, is in my garage, but still no peace music, and haven't tried the sizzle out sound, currently my storymode is after the torture mission.

 

I think the epsilon missions are the trigger for the karma meter (if theres one, during the missions you do a lot of stuff to 'quell your antithesis' or just have good karma)

I had a problem with a freezing game today after the update, I just turned on my pc and even though I could load into the game it was unplayable due to minus rate FPS, safe mode didn't help, reinstall from backup didn't help, I was getting pissed off and desperate, finaly I reinstalled my graphic card drivers... problem solved.

I chose Franklin because he DOES talk to dogs and has one. That's all.

All my video's have been after I passed the Epsilon MIssions. The one with the actual Epsilon Music was when I was looking for the Letter Scrap on the Big Rock at the Airfield.

Have you kept on wearing the Epsilon Suit throughout the entire game? I feel obligated too, which is why I might experience it more often... try it.

Your not going to like my answer, but I suggest that you download one of the nocd patches that is equal to your version of the game. Most likely the final nocd patch will do just fine. The only issue is that it might take you offline permanently, because it is a crack/patch for the game... no, this is not a pirate method. It is simply a work around. Either that, or roll-back the update, itself. ALWAYS UPDATE YOUR GRAPHICS CARD! PERIOD!!

Dude - thats not a new secret, that video goes back two years and that glitch has long ago been patched.
