Sorry but i dont get it. How do you guys know when a picture is from snapmatic or not? You can use the Editor, right?

 

The biggest giveaway is the resolution. New Gen/PC snapmatics are always 960 x 536, while Last Gen are always 640 x 360.

 

The Editor is allowed, but you're still required to upload the pic to social club and post the snapmatic. It might seem dumb, but holding everyone to the same set of rules is what makes the contests fun.

Snapmatics on PC and CG are 960 x 536 in size, screenshots are usually something along the lines of 1280 x 720 or 1920 x 1080. There is an option in the Rockstar Editor, if you press the dedicated button, it takes a Snapmatic shot. Using the Rockstar Editor is allowed, and so is using the traditional in-game camera on the phone. The rules will most likely be refreshed soon to reflect everything, and go into greater detail.

Alright guys, thanks for explaining that! I used to upload pictures from the Editor, but taken with Snapmatic, so i pretty much wanted to make sure i wasnt breaking any rules. All is clear now!
