Just wondering. Are we allowed to use editing software or do we have to be faithful to the snapmatic filters? I don't want to post an entry that disqualifies me without knowing.

We can only use in game filters, i guess. Otherwise it wont be fair since not everyone can edit.

In game sunglasses count as in game filters yeah?, I only save PS4 screenshots as I can not view console saved Snapmatics offline at full screen to get a screenshot atm. (If anyone knows how to view Snapmatics at full screen offline PS4 please let me know) Anyway heres my entry...NG.

In all honesty I don't think it would be fair to allow Screenshots, as this is a Snapmatic comp, not just a game photo comp. There is also so much more you can do with screenshots, like, as you mentioned, using sunglasses to tint photos, or getting much better angles that normally can't be achieved with Snapmatic.

Also, the majority of these photos are from RSG Snapmatic, or pulled from RSG Snapmatic onto a photo hosting website, like Imgur.

It was so difficult for me to choose a photo that fit the theme because I had two photos that were both equally good lol. This photo was intended to fulfill that thin line between the natural wonders and man. I wanted to let vehicle somewhat blend with the environment while creating a sense of depth within the composition. I also had another good shot that was merely a happy accident and felt that composition was just so natural.

I also did some editing over the original photo using the Afterlight app on my iphone (great app btw). Imo, I actually preferred the edit than the original version. You can check it out on my Flickr down below

Ok, thanks for the honesty...ignore/disqualify my photo, I'll try to replicate it with Snapmatic and post that up.

 

(My honest opinion is there are many more options with Snapmatic filters, so it's actually harder to take good screenshots (from foot).)
