It's one of the jackets from Bikers DLC,I think it's called Black Classic Biker in the biker jackets category.This one has a T-shirt glitched under it (for some reason R* didn't allow it legit,forcing the characters to be shirtless under the jacket),don't know if that glitch still works.

Use your imagination and your own interpretation and See what you can do by Moonlight

Races by moonlight, Vampire killing, Homeless wandering the streets of LS ... as long as it's by moonlight anything goes.

Again this will run for two weeks to give people time to set up their shots ...
