Nature

Deep beyond the concrete and asphalt paths of the cities around us lies a new world full of foliage and fascinating walks of life. Just like how us humans live in the city centers, animals of all types live in their own special areas. It's your job to capture the beauty of nature this week, but don't ruin your chances by scaring anything away.. pictures should not be limited to just animals - let your imagination run wild.

I just noticed that this weeks theme was changed from "Wilderness" to "Nature". Why? I think Wilderness is an awesome theme! Although the description you wrote down does fit Nature more.

That's a fair point. It was altered within a few hours of being posted. It was due to miscommunication. We were debating with the theme of either Nature or Wilderness. Nature was the correct theme for this week. All snaps entered so far are eligible for this theme. We may do Wilderness down the road as a theme. Apologies for any confusion.

That "Vintage" look

From vinyl to worn jeans (new off the rack), that "vintage" look is so hot right now. What does "vintage" mean exactly? Old things mixed stylishly in with the modern and sleek? Images that could be lifted from the newspapers of decades past? Lucky for us, that's up to you.
