Well they gotta pay their staff to design them. -Golly, these interiors can't be lifeless, let's put NPCs in them! -These NPC's need to be alive, people! Get the voice guy to come in! -Oh, what? We have to renew his contract because they are a separate company? Okay.. more money there I suppose.. -What do you mean we have to pay the voice actors!!? -I could go on.. Grass looks like V but no where on the map is there that many trees. I googled some other screens in the same neogaf members post and they looked real except this one so i don't know what to make of it. EDIT: Never mind its fake, I looked at the screen some more and realized the topography resembles nothing in V. Trees look different too.
