Russi4nW4rrior Posted November 15, 2014 Share Posted November 15, 2014 Ok so I have this game on Xbox 360 as of now and I am planning on getting this game for Xbox One. When I do get it I will not be transferring my existing character to Xbox One, but will transfer it later for the PC version. I want to know how this will look like on Xbox One when I log in to my Social Club. When it shows me a screen or something to choose my existing character can I say no and then still have the option again to pop up to transfer my existing character to PC later on or is that not the case? Also if I sign in with my Social Club on Xbox One and also the same Social Club on PC will I get the content for returning players on both platforms or can I only do this with one or the other? I literally asked the same thing to Rockstar Support about 3 hours ago and they gave me the exact same generic answer like yours. I came to this forum because there are real people on here unlike stupid robot answer people on the Rockstar Support page, but I guess not. This is so annoying. Did you even read my questions? I already know you can only transfer once and I thought that was really self explanatory in my post. This is literally how im going to make my decision on buying the game on Xbox One or not. So sorry if I seem pissed but if you were in my shoes you would feel the same way. Probably what will happen is that you're going to be asked about the transfer when you log in on a new platform. Was this answer any good ? For example I get the Xbox One version and do nothing with that and then get the PC version and transfer my character to that then I only get the returning players content on PC right? Not on both. ... but it's SP progression-based - not character-based - and therefore should be activated on both PS4/XOne if linked with the Social Club account, and PC as well if using the same account.
