Guys, let me make this straight. I have played Gta v on ps3, and now when I go and buy the Master Race version (when it comes out next year of course), will I get all of this content or is it only for people that transfer to ps4/xbone?

 

You will get all the bonus if you preorder GTAV on PC, they are just marketing it right now for PS4/XONE because they release that version tomorrow so it make sense to attract actual PS3/X360 players to purchase it on NG consoles, but we will see them marketing it for PC late december or early january at least to attract PC sales. They have an agreement to not market the PC version before a certain time for the consoles sells, so even if they wanted to advertise the PC version, I'm sure they can't at this time, market holders want to make profit as much they can, marketing and advertising the PC version is probably forbidden for them for awhile.

Yes, currently we know that the old-gen players get the same content on PC as those players got on PS4/Xbone.

 

Unlike what McDodge34 said, you will get this content no matter if you pre-order or not as you've played on PS3 earlier. It's unlikely that we'll see that content being offered for those who pre-order before launch.
