Anyway, I hope they have only put the announced vehicles on there and there are more to come, seeing as rockstar is so secretive and keeps deleting leaks I doubt they would just post all new cars on their website. I hope there are more anyway, a 'fleet' of returning vehicles should be more than the Dukes, Stallion, Blista and Dodo (although the seaplane was actually the Skimmer, the dodo was what is now called the Mammatus). Have a look at this webpage: http://tcrf.net/Grand_Theft_Auto_V It includes unused police announcer audio files for a number of vehicles, most of which are from IV. These files could just relate to cut content but hopefully the IV vehicles mentioned here are added back. There were also a number of audio files which were unused until the vehicles were added via DLC, such as the Rhapsody and monster truck. The Dukes and seaplane are mentioned in these files, as well as Classique, the manuafcturer of the Stallion.
