Am I the only one who thinks the FOV (Field of view) is bad? If I look at my arms in real-life I can see a lot more than just my wrists and hands lol.

 

 

There is a FOV slider in the settings menu

We know from the leaked footage and official trailers that there is a hard top regular Stallion in game, but the social club only shows the convertible. So if one car is missing that that means that others may be too. It looks to me like they just added the cars we already knew about through official announcements, plus their stock versions. The stock Dukes, Stallion and Blista are marked as CG to NG, but that is wrong as they are available to new players as well, as is shown in the leaked streams where they spawn in traffic.

Oh, and to all people who said new cars will be snatchable and garage-able, then I was right. They will not be.

 

New cars may spawn on the street, but you have to purchase it to own it. It's considered High-End. So if you thought I was bullsh*tting, you can take the sh*t and eat it.

It's just too coincidental that we only get to see cars we happened to already know about. And frankly, IF there are more cars, why would R* release pictures of ALL OF THEM before the game releases? That would just be stupid on R*'s part

Foliage is only different in regards to some patches with longer grass.

FPV will make people sick, no one will use it due to tactical disadvantage

Coolest new vehicles are SP-only

Animals are SP-only

Map is unchanged

No new properties

No new interiors

So it appears the dukes and stallion, regular versions, are only for CG to NG people.

 

So, I think more vehicles will be added as they said there will be a fleet of classic GTA vehicles for new and returning players.

no, dukes and stallion spawn in traffic. the current gen to next gen bonus is the dukes o death for single player. The other one is the blista compact. hopefully there are more but right now those are the only ones showing on social club.

I honestly don't see what the big deal is. A) Everybody pretty much wants to see whats found out there, and B) 99% of us are going to see them anyway.

Traffic density is not identical. The cars aren't all bunched up in a single spot if that's what you were expecting - why should they be? You want to NOT be able to get anywhere because there's a constant parking lot at every intersection? No. Stand at one end of the road and look down to the other end - there are WAY, WAY more cars on the street at any given time, they're just spread out so you can - you know - actually drive around them.

 

Foliage is increased by far more than you realize. You have no idea what you're talking about.

 

FPV will make some people sick. For others it will be a lot of fun. And you don't know how much of an advantage or disadvantage it will be, you can only guess. I will personally probably do better with it in deathmatches.

 

Coolest new cars being single player only... you mean the Dukes O' Death? Yeah, I guess I would have liked that to be in MP as well, but think about this... why would anyone drive anything else, ever, if the thing can't be destroyed? That would completely destroy the balance in MP. Unless of course it CAN be destroyed... but we don't know anything about it yet other than it's "virtually indestructible" according to Rockstar.

Characters being ugly - that's probably because most people don't have a f*cking clue on how to make proportions correctly when designing their character. The same time of people that put low rider wheels, green neons, white wall tires, side pipes and a bug catcher on a flat-black Dukes.

 

I think Rockstar did a great job of bringing the game over to the current gen. It looks like a current gen game. Mission accomplished. What the f*ck were you expecting?

Somewhere near Sandy Shores, it was seen in the preview shots from Rockstar with the race cars on it - a paved track with the red/white striped curbs that can't be found anywhere in the current version of the game, and I'm pretty sure Rockstar even said there was a new race track circuit.

 

The theory is that it takes the place of that large construction site with the motocross track on it currently. Which kinda sucks for me, I had a really good LTS job created there.

exactly this. That is definitely a created race made for the stock vehicles coming in new gen. It isnt an added racetrack but just a race

Those curbs don't look like props to me... but I suppose that doesn't necessarily confirm the existence of a race track.
