Anyone else feels GTAO ruined all other games?

I stopped playing GTA5 and GTAOnline months ago. I've been playing both older and newer games since then and I doubt I'll go back to playing GTA5 or Online if ever. At the minute I'm playing through Far Cry 3 and I'm enjoying it immensely.

I've got to ask. Why would you spend time on a forum for a game you don't play ? I've seen that statement made from lots of people here. I just don't get the logic .

 

 

Because I'm still a fan of the franchise and it's past glories, and as sweetbrother says I'm hoping that R* will release DLC or something that will hopefully woo me back into the game. Since R* have not laid out their future plans with regards to DLC or future content like other publishers/devs do, it's a case of keep checking back in hope that something someday will come along.

 

If R* gave a timetable of their planned future DLC's and when we can expect them instead of the generic "soon" that we get I wouldn't need to keep coming back every so often.

He's lurking the forums, waiting for heists or anything added to gta online that is even remotely fun or relevant. Just a guess

if that's the case he's going to be waiting forever. If you haven't found fun in gtao yet you never will .

 

 

Oh I found fun, for the first few months, but after completing the SP and messing around on MP it just got samey especially after I got most of the unlocks/ranks. Most of my friends have either migrated to new consoles or now play different games, plus I lost interest in it. Just a shame we never got proper episodic content or proper DLC which I would have happily paid for had it been worth it, just as I have done with other games, to keep me interested.

I'm really enjoying GTA Online. The community is a lot better then that of FPS players. I also enjoy the racing and regularly scheduled mayhem and randomness from everyone. You don't find that in a lot of other games, but even GTA 5 online has its faults.
