Lampadati Felon Four Door Location/Spawn Point?

Tried following the directions of an old thread (last October '13) without any results. I know, I know...just buy it, which I will if there aren't any good off the street methods. Thanks in advance.

Portolla Drive maybe. Rockford Hills specifically where all the rich shopping malls are.

Just change sessions and they'll spawn in the Portola drive area

first of all you need to do a solo session, realy adviced

also, though it might sometimes said to be a good idea, switching sessions doesnt seem to help much if you ask me

so far i know most time when i switch a session all sessions seem to spawn the same cars at the same moment

wasnt the case for a half year, but now im pretty sure it actualy is

also in the worst case youre gonna need to be in the solo session for hours without end

but in the end felons, maybe even a group of felons, will spawn on the street, just being driven by NPC's

that being said, they spawn in the city and i woud even say they generaly spawn in the area what lays between the golfcourt, the main los santos customs and vinewood hills

though i also found them on all main roads and elsewere in the city to though
