Looking for actors & Extras

My crew and I are recording a role-play for our YouTube Channel and we're looking for a few actors to fill in some spots and extras. Positions will be explained below and the requirements and a summary of what the role-play will be based around. This topic will be updated daily. Please note that this is only on the PlayStation 3!

 

Plot of Role-Play:

This is a street gang role-play. We're looking for actors that are able to preform their role as a gang member i.e Vagos, Ballas, and even Familes. Our writers have already written the plot of the role-play and we're planning on making this role-play into two seasons, we're currently working on the first season. Episodes will be around 20 to 30 minutes. If you're interested in one of the leads then you will have to preform your acting skills to be considered for the position.

Female Lead: (Position is closed!)

• Recently our original actor who played as the female lead has dropped out of the project due to technical issues and will not be returning to the project. The female lead will be in every episode of the first season, the character we're looking fill is one of the main characters. Performance is required.

Female Lead Requirements:

• Must be 15+ years older.
• Must have a mic.
• Must be able to improvise.

 

Male Lead: (Position is opened!)

• One of our male leads has been unable to help with the project due to personal convinces and we're unable to estimate when he will be able to began filming again. This male role is one of the main characters in the role-play story. Performance is required.

Male Lead Requirements:

• Must be 15+ years or older.
• Must have a mic.
• Must be able to improvise.

 

Extras: (Position is opened! One spot left!)

• We are in need of extra cast members who will play as other factions and and different characters. Performances are not required for an extra and you will be placed on the project if accepted.

Extras Requirement:

• Must be 15+ years or older.
• Must have a mic. (Optional)

 

We hope to hear from anyone who is willing to spare their time helping out with this project. All actors will be credited. If you are interested please reply with the position you are interested in including your PlayStation Network ID. You don't have to join our crew to help us with this project, you can be in any crew freely.

Most of the gangs that are affiliated in the role-play is mostly Ballas and Vagos. Like I said before we're recording a GTA series and we're following a script. If you want to be an extra, you'll be playing multiple roles in gangs etc. There is a place for you if you're okay with following a plot already written. I can't give out any more detail about the actual story of the series at the moment.

Hey, what sort of things will be happening when you film? E.G what would you expect from an Extra?

I'm interested in the Extras since I'm female lol.

If an extra has a microphone then they may or may not talk, depending on if they want to. Some extras will talk if they are asked too and they're okay with it. When we're filming many of the extras will be doing what they're told to do during that scene. This could vary from just standing around, shooting or fighting etc. If you're an extra and don't mind speaking then you'll be acting out more roles and getting more camera time than the extras that don't talk. We expect extras to adjust to different roles since they'll be acting out many of them.
