Why are you still playing GTA: Online?

So, the question is simple, what makes you guys still play GTA: Online? Is it fun? Is it something to do with friends or are you just a vicious troll who enjoys pummeling players?

I mainly play just to troll. However, I'm a good troll. I mind my own business until someone kills me for no reason and then I hunt them down until they leave the lobby.

that's hilarious. I stopped a while ago (i have played a few times here and there to check out the DLC)

For me, GTA is just "that sandbox game" that I hop into when I have nothing else to do.

 

Once in Los Santos, I can do what I feel like: driving around, do a few missions, rob a few stores, etc...

Honestly? I find killing in this game very UNSATISFYING! FPV may change that, but I dont get a "buzz" when I kill in gta.. sp or online...

 

But where gta blooms for me personally is its emersion factor...

 

Simply walking down the street, crossing a buisy road, just cruising about, going for a drive into the hills, thats what sets gta apart from the million and onemother games out there..

 

And now with FPV..!!.... yum yum

I play it because i really hate it. can't stand racing, hate freeroam. and don't get me started about death matches.......but night after night i punish myself for hours on end and for well over a year now too...

It's the only game that can win my attention for more than just a few days. Before I sold my 360 and GTA V to prepare for current gen, the game didn't come out of my console. Mostly playing online every day since it first went live.

 

No other game has come close to GTA V in terms of longevity and not getting bored/tired of playing with mates or on your own.

I actually haven't played in 3 months, new content doesn't interest me anymore and my friends stopped playing.

I did have weeks of game time, and playing with my crew and griefing was fun but got boring after a while.

Because I love to cruise around in my pimped out vehicle, listen to the radio and enjoy the scenery. I don't care for missions anymore since they fix'd the ingame mission time to be stuck at a certain time, mostly at night, when you don't see sh*t! that kinda ruined it for me.
