I hate that. How is that a high expectation? It shouldn't even be a burden on NG unless its a design choice

Los Angeles doesn't have one strip club, why should Los Santos?

 

GTA San Andreas had about 5 strip clubs. Differing in interiors too.

 

The depth, immersion and general dynamic state of Los Santos in GTA V is lost among things like the one strip club for the massive map. There are plenty of seedy places around the Los Santos metropolitan area and Blaine County, not to mention the higher class areas which could have offered something a little more "high-caliber" for the richer members of the state.

 

This is the same principle shared by the lack of fast food joints, banks, offices, apartments, houses, government facilities, gyms, diners, sex shops, stadiums, ships, warehouses, hospitals, factories, hotels, laundromats, clubs, pubs, malls, auto shops, airports and yes, you guessed it: STRIP CLUBS.

 

There is no point asking why any of these should be added, it's more of a question as to why they were not added. Walking around in Liberty City or Los Santos in GTA: SA would allow you to walk into random buildings and make you say "oh, cool! I can go inside here!"

 

Asking "why would you want another strip club" sounds ignorant and quite frankly, childish.

Pretty much this. I also hate that the only location to play darts is out in the desert. So LA doesn't have any bars in the city?

You bought the game knowing full well what you were getting, Take some solace in the fact that you do have new interiors in vehicles for example, PS3/360 users don't have that luxury.

Coming from a PS3/360 user: I don't care about FPV interiors and I could care less that we don't have them, most of them are rehashed rubbish anyway. You are right about players knowing full well what they were getting, no extra interiors was inevitable. After all of the missed opportunities this game has did you really think they'd add more interiors? Pfft, wake up.

I've never understood the love for interiors in the GTA games. They're cool when they're there I guess, but they never added anything to the games for me. Different strokes, I suppose. As an adult with a car, I can go into a real fast food restaurant, mall, casino, or gym any time I want. What I can't do in real life (without consequences) is drive 100+ MPH through the countryside, drive said car off a mountain top, and run down pedestrians in a statewide chase. But that's just me. I guess buying virtual food in a fully modeled Burger Shot is cool too.

I really don't understand this mindset. I mean it's not like you're hindered to go 100+mph through the countryside off a mountain top, but the people who like exploring different interiors are. Looking back at this thread some people say it's all about free roam well exploring interiors is apart of free roam.

 

Even though there are people who say they don't care about interiors I doubt many people can honestly say they didn't feel at least some disappointment when they first saw peds lining up in front of the various night clubs and realising they couldn't be entered. That at least should've been a standard due to TBOGT.

I think for the older players (like myself) we remember back in gta 3 and especially vice city you would see a building and say" hey that's cool," and then "omg you can actually go inside too!" It was new to us back then so we still like it today.

Interiors are just one thing that made IV a great and enjoyable game, at least for me.

For anyone asking why we would want more interiors.....simple:

 

There;s something cool about entering a fast food joint, hearing the folks there yell something funny at you, especially in Clucking Bell, seeing people eat there (hell..f*cking LA Noire has this) and being able to buy a burger. All part of making that gameworld more believeable, more realistic. It was there in IV, very much so, why not put that in V? I honestly thought it would be a given that V would get this and....more...much more when it comes to interiors. How the f*ck is there only one stripclub? Why not another one in the middle of the city or in Sandy Shores? I love V, but this remains one of my biggest complaints, along with that we have no flamethrower.

 

Rockstar clearly went for more realism ever since IV, why not build on that and gives us more buildings to enter? Hell...in IV we got to access multiple hospitals and police stations and i loved that stuff, why is that all gone in V? Except one police station.
