A new type of Property, how about... A private Yacht?

Big yes to it. Said before but R* need to do more to try and move players on to the vast amount of water they'd decided to put on the map. It's quite stupid really that they put so much effort into underwater detailing only to completely ignore it beyond the occasional single player mission.

 

I think they could do it so there's maybe 3 types of Yacht:

1. Standard - maybe $1,500,000: provides a spawn point and a dinghy tied to it.
2. Premium - $3,000,000: spawn point with 2 or 3 seasharks and helipad with frogger (or another standard Heli), fully rigged with diving gear.
3. Deluxe - $7,000,000: spawn point, 3 seasharks, helipad with buzzard, diving gear and kraken sub (that can be accessed from inside the boat).

Obviously they're only basic ideas but it could be a good point to expand out to the seas and maybe add under-water death matches and what have you.

here's explanation :

~ exit the yacht at same time other owners , get killed and provoked to serious gunfight at yacht

~ how on earth we able to drive off cars if the yacht is meant stationary and off-dock

I have nothing to say to counter that first argument, but for the second...

As I said it's a basic idea. Could quite easily just have a big yacht for $1.5m with spaces for seasharks, Heli's, possibly the odd car and a sub.

As I said it's a basic idea. Could quite easily just have a big yacht for $1.5m with spaces for seasharks, Heli's, possibly the odd car and a sub.

 

The problem with the yacht is it'd HAVE to be stationary othewise the vehicles on the landing pad won't stay. Something with the engine. Anyway, that'd just make you a target for Lazers and Buzzards. I'm content with Tinsel and Paleto.

yes!! I can only imagine the amount grief to be caused blowing up a yacht

for 10 kill storm while their partying!! imagine people going around the map just to blow up your yacht that circles around the map..if we can add weapons on it to protect ourselves would be even more awesome

Agreed, they'd need to be just like any other building on the map except... Maybe a little more mobile
