Dottie
So in my increasing number of unopened hotwheels cars because I have nowhere to put em, I stumbled across some error cars. As you all might know, once in a while, a hotwheels car makes it to the shelves with errors varying from minor things like vinyl goofs to major things like missing body parts or an incomplete casting. The 2 I have are painting/coating errors that I'll point out plus a regular version to compare HW Race Sling Shot 141/250 Error: Decals botched up. The HW logo on the side runs into an area it shouldn't be and there's looks like a finger print there too. The top stripe on the rear looks like it wasn't printed correctly (like how a regular printer runs low on ink and the colours botch up when printing) Regular: Error car: HW Race Formul8r 153/250 Error: Severely misaligned white decals. The white bkg behind the 8 is way too low and the swoosh shape above the HW logo is cut off Regular: Error car Edited September 17, 2016 by Dottie Flachbau
unbid
Been collecting Greenlight since I like the details: Plus, it's not that expensive if you know where to buy them. marco6158, RamiTR, Dottie and 4 others
Polyphony
For some reason, I've always really liked toys/models of super normal common cars. I like the cool supercars and muscle and all as well as completely original toy car designs too, but the really plain average cars as toys really light me up. owl-man
The surfboards were glued down when I found out they were really loose without the rubber band around the car. This car is sex. Polyphony
I can't believe they made a real one of those. Or Twin Mill for that matter.
Dottie
I can't believe they made a real one of those. Or Twin Mill for that matter. I have seen the real Twin Mill in person before at a HW expo celebrating the 40th anniversary. This was years back but it was a very cool car WillsonRF
owl-man
Dayum, one of my favorite molds is a super this year, I'm looking forward to never finding it because everyone buys them all and sells them for $50 each! Seriously, if I can't find one of these I'm gonna be pissed. Edited October 12, 2016 by The Owl Man1999 RamiTR, Flachbau and unbid

TheInda
Well here is the majority of my collection. They are mostly 1:18. There are also ≈ 60 1:18 stowed away in boxes. I also have a bunch of 1:64s. The majority of my 1:64s are at my granddads home due to space problems (ca. 300 pcs) (Attention pic heavy) Edited December 14, 2016 by IndaHoodz100 Halal Cyborg, Flachbau, unbid and 1 other
Dottie
I am looking forward to getting two of the larger scale lego sets for christmas. One is a Caterham and the other is a vintage beetle I'll (probably) remember to post pics when they're done. I hope that I get some error HW cars too like the two I stumbled upon as previous christmas gifts too
Flachbau
Your display cases are pretty cool, I hope to have something similar soon enough, although I don't have many larger diecasts. Some of my carded HW's need a fancy pedestal though TheInda
DerangedCrackhead
Sneak peak from a little project. Spanish Policía Nacional SEAT Ritmo (1/43 scale, Altaya). It's getting harder (and absurdly expensive) to get models from this collection. There were almost any left in the last car show I was, and the ones still avaliable were expensive as sh*t. Really wanted to buy the SEAT 131 from this same collection but I couldn't find any. Another model I am having troubles to get is the Pegaso Comet: almost every model released over here is also extremely difficult to find at a reasonable price. owl-man
I finally cracked and opened my First Edition Evil Twin, has a very minor paint imperfection. Straypuft
Sorry about the quality of the pictures image image I find your lack of Flixble and Novabus disturbing I wish I could have a bus collection as diverse as yours, but no one wants to make replicas of American stuff and the only people doing so are only making one model type But Speaking of buses, I did get a mini bus the other day Granted its not based off of any real life bus, but I still like it, sadly, like its bigger toy brother, it doesnt really bend in the middle even though it has a bendy screw thingy in it russeler97

owl-man
Custom Chevy Greenbrier Sports Wagon from the 2015 Heritage Real Riders wave, saw it and just had to get it. DerangedCrackhead
Made a background as a small diorama for my models, inspired in the industrial decaying Basque Country of the eighties. Cudwieser, Mister Pink and EVOLUT7ON

Hoss Soss
I've got a large collection of 1/18th but only a few that are really high end. As of late I've only been collecting racing/specialty models which is a stretch on the wallet when dealing in larger scales. Either way heres two AutoArt models I have, I've got more were these came from but I gotta get around to snapping pics of them. unbid
So this came in the mail yesterday: ...and this is what the body look like: It does include some stickers for the lights and badges, but the grille, wing mirrors, and some bits need to be painted black to make it more detailed. I also thinking about spray paint the body blue, but I dunno which blue should I use. Hoss Soss and Mister Pink
