Buying a tank

Hi,

 

When I buy a tank, where is it stored or located?

 

Also, if I have to ring someone regarding delivery (like with the helicopters) where does it get sent to?

In Online, it's a Pegasus vehicle, which means that you have to call Pegasus on your phone, pay $200, and they will deliver it to a specific location near you. I don't know if there is a map out there that shows all of the locations, but you can sometimes notice them as a Barracks Truck will spawn there, though those aren't the only spots. Also, if you are too close to the nearest spot, it goes to the next closest spot.

Yes, but the locations I have looked and seen regarding delivery for Pegasus items are mainly for air products. The locations are mainly helipads and I haven't seen any space for a tank at them. I think tanks get delivered to the LSI Airport hangar?

No, there are different spawn areas for each type of vehicle. For instance, vehicles will spawn inside the racetrack at the "casino" if you are nearby when you call for them. If you want to try it out, buy a Limo (30k) and just call it while moving around the map.

Also, if you're too close to a spawn location, the vehicle you request will spawn at the next closest location (apparently R* don't like the idea of you seeing vehicles spawn right in front of you).
