Talking about Home, I got 3 PS accounts (UK, USA & Japan) pretty pissed off I needed to install Home on all three accounts, and also annoying annot use clothes I bought from the UK Home on the USA

Aren't updates mandatory? If an update screws up a few consoles, Sony usually makes it optional until they fix the problem. So if you haven't updated, you haven't lost access to the store or online.

I have a question: I have a Region-1 PS3 and a Region-1 PSN account. If I get a Region-2 game with an online pass, how do I activate it? Do I just need to make a Region-2 account for activation? Afterwards can I play the game online on my Region-1 account? Thanks in advance!

Yes.

 

I did that with FC3's online pass and some guy did the same thing with the UC3 pass, it works.

can anyone give me any info on the PlaystationMove system. I have 2 kids and just was just after abit more info before I buy. They sell a start up pack here for around 80 bucks, it has one controller,1 camera and 1 start up disc. However I have priced up 2 controllers and a camera 2nd hand for about the same. Do many of you have a Move and what are the games like? are the shooters pretty good( I have noticed a few guns that the move controller fits into). And there are quite a few sports games. oh and there are two types of controllers, are the ones with the big light on the end for playing and the shorter one with the stick and buttons for navigating screens? any replies would be appreciated.

PS move is actually pretty decent, it's alot more accurate then the wiimote, and the games are not half bad smile.gif

 

Also, the second controller "the navigation one" isn't really needed, although it's good to have one just incase smile.gif

 

 

I'd say go for it.

 

Also go for games such as

Medevil moves

Just dance 4

everybody dance

sorcery

Sports champions 1 and 2

As for the playstation move I quite like it. Favorites have been the Sports Champions games cause friends and I drink alot and get competitive. But it can be a little tricky on the more complex games which require you to do more than a quick calibration of the controllers.

When you start it up your TV top right should say "1920 x 1080"

Dont matter, every "Free" PSplus game is for subs only. If your subscription ends, you lose the game. So no, its not "Free". Its basically a rental.

Hey guys I want to get y'all opinion on other colored ps3's like i will find it cool if they made a ps3 color to match the colors of controller's u can buy. Like i would seriously buy a Red one.

Dont matter, every "Free" PSplus game is for subs only. If your subscription ends, you lose the game. So no, its not "Free". Its basically a rental.

Still not a bad thing considering the amount of 'rentals' and things you do get to keep for £39.99 a year. The price of one new game.

Also, does it run HD videos? If I remember correctly, in Internet Browser it only ran 240p

They should at least make PS4 compatible with PS3 games. And maybe transfer our save files from PS3 to PS4 via PlayStation Plus.

I checked mine three times, but still nothing. I think they are only giving it to people who purchased a lot of stuff on PS Store. Which I didn't.
