Thinking about buying one of these here playstation things.

 

I'm in the UK so anyone know any good bundle deals? Anywhere that still sells the 60GB either?

 

Also I have a 360 so recommend me some exclusive games please?

If you have the 'been Disconnected from the PS Network' error message, then the Wifi signal was lost as happens with mine on occasion! In regards to that member online message, I think it may be the same thing

I believe he means local deals, unless the pawn shop has a website where you can order the PS3s. But even then, the shipping would be increadibly expensive.

 

And to stay on topic, I'm actually thinking about saving up for a PS3. Wouldn't mind having both consoles. I've got a savings fund with about $1100, but I already took money out of it for my 360, so I'm not too sure my parents would be happy with me taking out more.

Nah, it should come out sooner than that.

It's probably going to come with Home, which will be this year. I don't mind waiting but I know there a lot of people who want it now......although it would be great to be able to respond to a message when you get it instead of exiting the game, that's really all I care about. In-game music wouldn't be bad for games like GTA4, Burnout or Motorstorm, but I would not put it on while playing Warhawk or any single player game.

and when i went to play COD4 online today, i noticed it had erased my clan tag and erased my lables on my custom classes!!!

I haven't been aware of any problems myself. I'm playing Uncharted still as we speak, er type.... I just got 58 of the 60 treasures... for the life of me, I think it's all I can find thus far, going off of memory. Basically just replaying one of the earliest levels to try and boost the rewards. I posted last in the Uncharted thread, but I'd like to request the button sequence said to unlock the video and gallery bonuses. The last making of a cutscene, for example. I think it unlocked that a mystery sequence was required (akin to cheats in GTA)

Yeah it's been a real b*tch to me today. I told me that the connection with the network timed out twice, then later said there was a problem with the DNS. I've left it to do some [email protected] and hope that it'll be fixed by tomorrow. I know it's not my internet because my iMac's running fine, so yeah.

yea we finally got the CoD4 patch...2 nights before they took the servers down for maintenance it was a real bitch to get into a game...20 mins of Downloading Game Settings before i gave up.

Downloading directly from the site go to the PS3 internet browser, then go to the website of your choice and select download, which then the PS3 prompts you to the saving process.

 

Or you can simply take a jump drive, external hard drive, etc…hook it up to the USB port on the front and then you go to to view under music, or video, or photos, scroll down to the drive you've hooked up hover over it then push Triangle (not X). Then select display all (view all) (press X) and it will show everything on the jump drive or external hard drive. Then either listen to or view the music, video, photos or copy to the ps3 hard drive directly.

 

If you have a PSP you can also use that to move files from PC to PS3.

Just as an FYI mind you, but those two PS3 units are STILL there. When I was looking I had no luck locally. I think several pawn shops list on eBay and as such ship things out I know in some terms it's not practical, but just bringing it up, they're both 60 Gigabyte model units.

I’ve been looking/searching for a compatibility list for ages!!!

 

Apparently, allot of the Bluetooth headsets mess up the controller connections! And they give allot of feedback and background noise!

 

I think Sony have made it so you have to buy a Playstation Camera, not fair!

 

I'm just going to buy this Logitech Clear Chat USB Headset or the Logitech Digital Precision Gaming USB Headset
