So if you have downloaded stuff from the psn, you have to wait for the email which has changed your password? This is very confusing

No it should prompt you to change your password when you log in.

damn PS store still down so I can't redeem my Mortal Kombat Online pass but using the 2 day trial I had some fun with king of the hill. Some dick was beating everyone with Sonya and doing the same thing over and over. Finally my 3rd time against them and I take the win with Scorpion .

Did some tag vs and played this guy who thought he was all that spamming Kabal's run attack. I destroy him with Reptile and Kratos. Good times. This is the first fighting game I can see myself sticking with the online and actually get pretty good with it.

Gonna have a big time with it tomorrow before LA Noire comes out.

You need to check your email for a validation email. If you are using GMail or Yahoo etc. it shouldn't take long, if you are using Hotmail it will be long wait. (according to responses on the PSBlog)

WHen swapping your PS3 hard drive do you have to back up the installs? or just the saves, i don't remember.

Just the saves.

 

You just have to reinstall the installs from the disk itself.

I never actually thought about this but Sony knows that everybody has multiple accounts considering only about 42 million PS3's have been sold yet there are 77 million accounts lol, so I think it'll only be to the console.

Yeah, I'd think that's most likely the case.

Yup, I believe it'll be 2 games per machine.

 

about the games choice, I'll get Wipeout HD and Dead Nation. LBP and Ratchet&Clank are boring imo. And Infamous lacks MP.

hmmm Wipeout doesn't interest me in the slightest and I already have Infamous and LBP but Free is free and Dead Nation looks interesting.
