Why not have a taxi indicator and let players hire taxis driven by other players? And to the extreme Military missions involving the Laser, Buzzard, Rhino and Cargo Bob. With other players randomly attacking in FR it might actually be quite a lot of fun with lots of alleyway/sewer driving and having to think on your feet... er, wheels.
