Hold onto your shorts, folks.. this is my first console experience, since the Atari 2600 of my mis-spent youth, played in friends basements, back somewhere in the middle of the last ice age. Yes, indeed, i'm that old. The last GTA that i played was GTA3.. my computer is just too damn ancient to keep up with current versions beyond that, and i'm just too damn broke to be replacing it with new. So xbone'd i was. I boycott Sony, since my discman sh*t the bed a week after purchase, somewhere back in the late '80s, so yeah, about that PS4 vs XBone thing. So yeah, needless to say, it's already pre-ordered/installed on the xbox awaiting the countdown. No watching it for me.. i'll be living the Life. I feel so much like a kid at christmas, again. Ha! I'm amused cause you lasted longer than me. Before PSX came out I was boycotting Sony cause I had decided their quality had gone downhill and they overcharged for the name and I was not happy with how long my last few Sony boomboxes had lasted. I caved because I justified to myself that it wasn't like I could just buy a Playstation from some other brand and it was getting all the games. And yes, my gripe was from early 90's/80's as well. Shoot, I know I was still bitter at them when PS2 came out cause my review on Amazon had something like, "Despite sony having bad quality" or something like that. I'm honestly over it now but still, Playstations/gaming systems (vita) are almost the only thing Sony I have bought (aside from one monitor that's probably now 8 or so years old that actually has been pretty reliable and it's not just 8 years old, it's pretty well used as it is on whenever I'm using my computer and me being a complete computer geek, that's a lot).
