Since R*'s census says motorcycles are the second most owned vehicles in the game, maybe there will be an MC/Motorcycle update in the future!

^word, the AP is the only pistol I own (I have to drop the basic pistol every time I log in), and I typically run around with it as my equipped weapon and switch to a rifle if the shot is too long.

 

 

I just don't believe those stats, like much of what Rockstar says.....they make great games but suck at communication

More like over 300. The world has about 260 actual countries. But you have to take in consideration places like the Vatican City, Hong Kong, Middle East and Gaza Strip, and many many others.

The annihilator part is very shocking Stat tho. I never see people drive that.

This is interesting. Not surprised about the Cargobob. One thing I realised is that the stst shows 224 countries. There's only 195/196 countries today. 196 if you consider Taiwan a country.

One would have to take notice of recurring lags/disconnects (especially in the days following updates) to realize there's sh*t ton of server load, indicating massive number of requests (i.e. people connecting/playing). LOL indeed.

 

 

There probably aren't as many people playing as they were on October 1st-10th

Kinda surprised the Zentorno and Elegy RH8 didn't make their top 5 lists. When I go online, it seems like every other car is either one of those.

I doubt there is anything wrong with the Stats, they are just not reflective of what people seem to think they would show since what you are not seeing (or not able to see past) is the decline in players and the ranks that the 34 million players reached which biases the stats towards certain weapons, clothing and vehicles. Not to mention the fact the Billionaire days occurred when there were more active players and this would create, for example, a bias toward the number of Super Cars purchased in this time period and at this time the Zentorno was not available.

 

The Cargobob Glitch using the in-game iFruit Phone nearer the start of GTA Online was trivial to perform and that is why there are so many Cargobobs. It could be purchased at a relative low cost compared to other Helicopters and using a simple glitch when more active players would have been playing the game.

 

If you think about the Player decline, the rank most players would have reached and combine this with the Billionaire days, the stats make perfect sense to me. It seems this forum prefers to see conspiracies where there are none.

Rockstar should create a site where you can see how many players in the World are connected to the current time on GTAO

 

We could also find out how many players from each country are currently in Online.

This is what I found so appealing about EVE online while I played that game. One server for the whole population and the number of people logged in was displayed to you in the login screen.

 

The numbers dont mean as much when we aere so segregated, especially after new gen and pc release. We will have 5 server sets. The population of one system would mean nothing to anothers.

If you are connecting to their servers they have to have access to your IP address or whatever external IP your internal IP is NATted to. If they didn't, you couldn't play because they couldn't send you traffic.
