That's like the only thing that represents me, and I still thought it was odd as hell.

 

The only thing I can think is that it's because that shotgun was free so everyone bought it even if they only played for like 1 hour.

 

But the heavy pistol cost money. I guess n00bs would have bought it without leveling up, but jesus christ how many people didn't level up to 30 or whenever it unlocks?

There are people who never got high enough rank to own those weapons. It's probably boosted by people that stopped playing as well.
