can i run gta iv 1.0.7.0

hi i have a laptop and i want to play gta iv on it

here is my laptops config

cpu : i3 2.4ghz

ram : 8 gb

vga : gt 620m 2gb up to 4gb

hdd : 128 gb intel ssd

if i run it on what setting ? ( low . medium . high ... )

The game should work in medium settings provided that you keep your laptop in a cool place.
