You should find the game there, just click on the "Download to your PS4" button and it will activate the pre-load. Also it is possible for the game to be shown in your Library on PS4, even if I'm not 100% sure about this. If none of the above methods don't work, contact the PSN support. Edit: You can try one more thing.. on your PS4, go to Settings > PSN > Restore licenses, then try downloading the game again. Or is your main account registered in the region (Sweden?) it's supposed to be? Have you recently cancelled a pre-order? You can try rebuilding the database 1. Power down completely 2. Hold power button until you see a screen showing you to connect DS4 via cable 3 .Choose rebuild database If that doesn't work your advised to re-purchase the pre-order you cancelled and you will be refunded the money for that game. Hmm.. Heres the thing, you can manually cancel the preorder and order it again BUT problem with that is that you will lose your Pre Order bonus, the $1M + $3K. What do you see when you log into PSN via PC?? https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com This is what I see. EDIT. On a final note, your pre-order is attached to your account, you can delete your User from your PS4 and log in again thus the refresh may fix the issue. blue1 Posted November 13, 2014 Share Posted November 13, 2014 It looks like that for me as well ZZCOOL (jag är svensk också). And when I log in on PS Store via PC it looks like Raynos picture above. My money haven't been taken yet either, but I've made sure I have 600SEK on my account for the 15th or 16th. When I click the count-down timer to view it on full-screen it doesn't work any more.
