It unlocks for everyone at 12am Eastern. So for us Brits that means 5pm AM on the 18th. Don't worry, we're not waiting any longer. It all unlocks at the same time. But I counted the timer down over a week ago because I wanted to know exactly when I could play it. It was 11pm Central (my time), and I saw that LBP3 was 3 hours earlier at 8pm Central.
