It's been released via Rockstar that to access First Person mode on the PS4, you press the Touchpad an it transitions to FP. What about Xbox One? It is my understanding the Xbox One does not have a Touchpad, so how would one go in First Person mode? How far the camera is in distance from the character, an also view the Dashboard Cam in the car? All these previews saying how special and easy it is to tap the touchpad to switch into first person, are all retarded. Its literally the same thing as it was on last gen, the only difference is now when you press Select while on the Far 3rd person camera, you zoom in to first person. That's all. So yeah you will just need to cycle instead of having touch pad option OK, well that pretty much answers my question then, just press the Select button a few times an you'll go into FP mode after switching though all the other Third Person View Perspectives. I don't even need to explain what it does because saying it is the select button should cover all basis. To clear the air, the only controller specific PS4 perks are: - flashing red and blue LED when wanted - police chatter comes out controller speaker - swipe up and down to change radio* - swipe left and right to change weapons* I might have these two reversed but that is it. To save you from a heart attack i did type that before seeing your post, it makes more sence seeing as the select button on the ps4 is the share button now. BLOOD Posted November 13, 2014 Share Posted November 13, 2014 (edited) Although the FPV have it own customisable section in the main menu in both versions (PS4 and Xbox One) lol and i thought ign said it one 3rd-Person view,well there is no point having multiple 3rd-Person views now when there is a FPV now it doesnt make much sense imo (but it good to know they are still there). DaRkL3AD3R Posted November 13, 2014 Share Posted November 13, 2014 It absolutely does still make sense and as someone who LOVES first person and will probably only play in it, I would be devastated if they made 3rd person have only one zoom setting like Red Dead Redemption.
