Mansions/Condos in GTA Online

With heists coming out for next gen i assume we will be able to make quite a bit of money this time around with the help of regular missions of course and i think we should be able to buy more things. I look around online and see huge houses or mansions/condos and with all this money from mission grinding we should be able to purchase them.It will probably be more money or rent to maintain instead of the 250 or whatever it is now i guess it would be about 500 to 1000 maybe more but i think it would be worth it they would probably even be able to have 2 to 3 garages .I mean imagine with the now 30 player lobbies you could have up to 30 people in ur mansion/condo have some partehs up in there or something ,If you have crews/friends you could invite them and just hang around and watch TV or gossip.Really hoping Rockstar will change it so we will be able to put our money too more good use.What do you guys think?

 

 

 

I know of course the prices of the mansions/condos would have to be a lot considering how big and elaborate they could be so im guessing maybe around the 1 to 5 to 10 million dollar mark but we can make that much in maybe a week or two from doing missions . It would be nice to be able to walk out on a balcony this time around and enjoy the view maybe they can even make it to were we can have teh option of opening windows, but in any case Do you want Mansions/Condos to be able to be bought this time or are you content with our apartments? e.e

I like the idea of mansion and more properties. I dont think they will allow us to open windows or go onto the balconies though. Either the person on the outside will be shooting at you and you cannot shoot back or if they allow us to use weapons in our apartments you will have people inside apartments sniping you while you go about your day outside.

I'd like to see the interior of franklin's house or michael's house used as an interior for a house in the hills with a nice view of the beach and a pool and at least a 10 car garage. I'd gladly pay a couple milliom for that.

The only reason why i have a apartment is becuase i want to have both of my garages in a single building.

 

Condos are completely useless in every way,Tell me the last time that you actually entered to your apartment,2 Days ago?,3 Weeks ago?,5 Months ago?,

 

Plus,Is there a reason to buy any other apartment that are not the ones in Del Perro?,The first thing that i think when someone says "I live in the Eclipse Tower" is that you are a Money glitcher or that you have too much time in your hands,The only difference between The Del Perro Condos and the Eclipse Tower condos is the "Updated" interior you will never see after the day you purchase it becuase you will never be inside the apartment and the view. Thats it.

As of now im actualy happy with my pad in paleto bay, I love its location, the only downside is the 6 car garage...

 

Untill houses serve more of a purpose, it dont matter where u live or if you live anywhere tbh..

Agreed, although I wish we would be able to get out into gardens or balcony or these mansions and still be protected somehow. Would be nice to have people over to your mansion and be able to get out into the garden and pool without being sticky bombed by some 12 year old over the fence

Remember, we didnt get all safehouses marked on the bluemap.

 

But I found some new Doorbells at Mansions in Rockford Hills, at Franklins SP Villa and a Property near them.

 

Franklin dont need a Doorbell in SP and they look the same that we still have at our Mansions !!!

 

4 different types of doorbells found.

 

- Paleto Bay maybe 2 Beachhouses

- Chumash maybe 1 Beachhouse

- Vespucci Beach nothing

- Mirror Park nothing

- Rockford Hills maybe 4 Mansions

- Vinewood Hills maybe 2 Mansions ( Franklin and the other)

But if you forget to active it, someone can take you out while in your property. Unless you are automatically put into safe mode when you go into your house/garden?

Someone will just kamikaze a plane onto your forehead then when you are out having a cold pisswasser. Im sure R* could implement a way if they thought about it though. I do like the idea of a balcony however I want a warehouse type garage personally. I see a lot of warehouse doors around town. We already have a generic corona to identify the property entrance. We already have standard property interiors. How about the ability to select any warehouse door and place the corona at the entrance? We then load into the standard property interior. Same could be done for houses to some extent. That way we could choose exactly where we want to live. I think it would be rare to come across someone in your lobby with the same property. Spread players across the map more. Of course more details would need to be worked out like pricing and how to identify if a corona is in a suitable spot for example. Just a thought.

I guess so yea alot of planning. But i mean they made a billion dollars i bet they still have a huge chunk left over thats prolly how they got gta on next gen in just a year.
