I live in the Netherlands but i have an American PSN account and already pre-ordered it since day one. No one knows but sure but according to a previous Poster, it'll be on the 16th at UTC-8. But we players still haven't downloaded anything and it is doubtful the game will download in time for the launch on 18th. Not to mention that awful bug with PSN timer which isn't raising our hopes up. I hope they take our money past midnight (4 more hours on my timezone) and I hope download starts some time tomorrow. I don't know why but I was under impression (must have read somewhere and got it stuck in my mind) that PS4 users who preorder the game via PSN get the game a day earlier on 17th. Is it because you had 0 funds in your PSN wallet? The note on PSN about GTA V states you will only be charged between 16/11/2014 and 19/11/2014.
